"I had huge issues with them last year as it took them over a year to change the delivery address on my prescription to go to the correct address, I was even charged to have my prescription re-delivered even though it was their mistake. It took over a year for them to make a simple change of address and that is completely unacceptable for them to perform as a business. Also management didn't reach out to apologize or ensure the problem was going to be fixed once in the over a year it took for them to fix it. I would also constantly be told my prescription would deliver in two days, I would wait two days call and they would just say it will take two days again over and over, I finally had to email or cancel the prescription for them to finally do something."
