"Decided to change my review down to 1 star. After a few years of letting what happened sink in, this place doesn't deserve it. I'm sick of doctors dismissing patients. So, about a year ago I started experiencing excruciating pain in my pelvic area, I felt as though this isn't a normal pain women feel even during periods. I went to the ER countless times for ovarian cysts so I finally went to see an OBGYN after waiting months. I never in my life felt so gaslighted before. I honestly let dr.jeakle convince me because I am a woman that this pain is normal and was offered birth control after bringing up multiple times I might have endometriosis. This was dismissed because at my age and health that shouldn't be possible. I was so disgusted and in pain. I had seen Dr. Monks who was a little more helpful but my pain was still dismissed again and I had a pap smear and everything was clear. After a few months of more pain I couldn't take it anymore and I remember calling and telling dr.jeakle I need more medical attention this pain is not normal. (Mind everyone I had been hit by a car in the middle of the street two years prior and that pain was BETTER WITHOUT any pain meds so that showed me this is not normal I was also told countless times my anxiety could be causing the pain so again was gaslighted to believe that my mental health was causing my immense physical pain) I explained to the clinic that if I don't receive quality care I will file a lawsuit for negligence and look elsewhere for care. It was like I hit a magic button because all of a sudden they offered me a laparoscopy and what do you know! I HAD ENDOMETRIOSIS. I had to have my fallopian tube removed because it was damaged from the Endo. I had multiple cysts forming on my ovaries which I still have the pictures. Dr. Monks was the only one who apologized for the clinic not taking me seriously. She then went above and beyond to address my pain and get me approved for orilissa the only med for Endo. Now I am living with much less pain which can be managed by Tylenol or Motrin. I just wish that women were taken more seriously especially when it comes to our own reproductive organs and not made to feel that living with chronic pain is normal."
"Great place to work with, awesome staff, the map did show the incorrect location, I tried to fix it but I'm not sure if it changed."
"They have the location in the wrong spot and unless you're a local you'll spend 10 to 15 minutes just trying to locate the building. They say it's in the hospital but it's actually ac4oss the street."
"Dr. Jeakle and his team are awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful"
