"Recently I found myself needing a shoulder replacement. Following the surgery I was researching therapy facilities when I came across Northern Michigan Sports Therapy in Cheboygan. I called and spoke with Monica regarding having therapy for a shoulder replacement. By the end of the call I was a set up with a Therapy program. That call was the best decision I made. Monica and Lauri where so helpful getting me on track for therapy and when I needed to change my schedule do to another conflicting appointment they were extremely helpful. My therapy was setup by Danielle who is DTP. She set my therapy and training schedule and kept on track for about 15 of the 15 session I had. Ashley kept me in line the remaining sessions. They were very professional and extremely personable. Danielle also followed up with me about 3 weeks following my last appointment which I certainly was not expecting, but greatly appreciated. At my follow up appointment I was informed my recovery was on or ahead of schedule. Between the Staff and the Therapist I could not have had a better experience . I would definitely recommend this facility. So a big “Thank you to all of you!"
