"We’re a military family and move around a lot. It is always challenging to find a good chiropractor every time we move. I never know what I’m going to get… but Straits Area chiropractic is amazing! I have three herniated discs and constantly need adjustments since being rear ended by a double semi 25 years ago (see pic-yes my hubs, myself and my 6 month old son all survived!) Straits Area is friendly and the Doc’s adjustments are gentle. I never feel rushed. He takes his time and adjusts everything I ask to be adjusted. He listens and has a great bedside manner. I’m so thankful we found him on this move!"

"I've been going to this chiropractor on and off for the last 6 months or so and seen him earlier in the past as well. For the most part, this place was really great at adjustments. The most recent adjustment put me in excruciating pain that I woke up to the next day. I tried calling the next day when they were in. I explained to the receptionist and she seemed to not really care. I said, " I'm sorry, but I need to come in now, its pretty bad". She just like " I guess we can see what we can do" I went there right away and they saw me right away. I was in tears with pain. The receptionist was really rude when I came in to go into chiropractic room. I went the wrong way, she said in a rude tone, "Its always to the left" He didn't seem very understanding or cared. He just said it's probably a pinched nerve. I went to the hospital got checked out, got some medication and looked at. They said it was defiantly a pinched nerve. Ive tried calling back several times to talk to the chiropractor and schedule an adjustment. Left messages and never got back to me. When I let the last visit, I was in tears in pain and he was just really rude and short with me. That last experience Was really traumatizing and I will not come back. And I hope they don't treat their other customers with such indifference like the had with me. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be coming back."

"Had an 8:15 appt showed up early to do paperwork at their request, waited in lobby without seeing a person or being greeted until 8:14, so I left. Can't speak towards the service provided, but was displeased by lack of service when in lobby. Looked like a nice place, had plenty or reading materials and looked like a kids waiting room too. If they had met me at the desk I'd probably have a different opinion of the office"
