CVS Pharmacy,

"I’ve put in countless prescriptions at this location however I’m absolutely flabbergasted at the urgency or empathy from this CVS. My son had pink eye and the prescription was called in same day. I waited 4 days. 4 days for some eye drops. I called in to see if they’d be ready on day 2 and got the same excuses over and over. They still couldn’t give me an estimate on when they’d be ready. I know they can check surrounding CVS for stock at other locations but per usual of course they didn’t. My son was really going thru it and they seemed to careless about it. You can go blind from having pink eye. My last and final straw was the poor excuse from one of the employees telling me that they still don’t know when it’ll be ready and then gave me an even more poor excuse of well it can take awhile to get thru the medicine after Ive told them it’s been too long on waiting for these eye drops. I was asking for help but of course they could careless. I’ll never put another prescription in here again. Other pharmacies had it ready for me with in the hour. This locations employees need more training cause it’s certainly not up to par."

"Today, Ali Awada, the CVS pharmacist at Fenton, MI provided the best customer service that I've had in years. I recently had to purchase private health insurance after losing my company insurance when my health declined and I could no longer work full-time. I was shocked when my RX was $1,500!!! Ali asked for time to research options. He called me at home within two hours with a program that brought the price down to $10 for a three-month supply! Thank you Ali for caring for your customers!!!"

"I hate leaving bad reviews, especially because I love Target, but this CVS pharmacy is terrible!! The clerk was so incredibly rude, completely ignoring me while I was standing in line. For whatever reason she decided to take care of two people who came up after me before I finally asked if I could pick up my script yet. She had a horrible attitude and took forever filling my daughter’s script. I only came here because my normal pharmacy is closed on Sundays but will definitely not return here for any reason."

"I am finally pulling the plug. I have stuck with terrible service because I kept telling myself that it was convenient and in Target. Except it is NEVER convenient. Long lines, something always gets screwed up and I have to wait. Today I went straight to the pharmacy to reorder a script. I didn’t want to stand and wait so I said I would shop and return. Got in line and waaaaited. Same girl waited on me and apparently did not put it through. No apology or acknowledgment that she made the mistake. She told me to wait there and it would be done in 15 minutes. So I ended up standing there ANYWAY, until the pharmacist came to the counter. She asked how she could help and I said I was waiting for a script. It had been 15 minutes but apparently wasn’t even started because she had been doing vaccinations. She offered to have it done tomorrow so I could return and wait in line again to maybe pick it up. No thanks. I’m done. I’m more mad at myself for putting up with this for so long."
