"This place has gone downhill since doc Main retired, coming from over a 30-year customer I will never be coming back. These people should be embarrassed of their behavior and practices. My indoor Bengal cats get deathly sick from these people's. Great suggestions as far as vaccinations, and they're going to force the vaccinations and rabies on me to be a customer. I switched to Texas corners, wonderful people and wonderful veterinarians. I'll be a customer for life, since Doc Main left this place doesn't even offer the same services or the same quality. I had a litter of puppies and they said if the toenail on the rear was extra it was an option to remove, now I have these huge nails that must be trimmed. It's like a dewclaw. Just another mistake because I went to this veterinarian"
"Good vet care, but can no longer register your pet there and they do not communicate with animal services so now you have to go online upload rabbies verification yourself because they refuse to send it to animal services to register your pet. You use to be able to go in and handle it but they have done away with that service and added 3 steps just to keep your dog state legal..."

Dr Burr answered all my emails and was able to get same day appointment to address what turned out to be pretty serious diagnosis. I’m so thankful for his expertise, the staff answering my emails, and the personal care provided by all."
