"Can’t speak to the actual quality of the school but I was a potential candidate last year. Sought help from Detroit at work and they gave my resume over to Betty Pulliam. There was an opening here because an employee just up and quit without notice, which should have told me something there but I was hopeful…after a couple of days I called to follow up and was told by Ms. Pulliam to send my resume (which she already had), but I sent it and got no response. I called 2 other times and was referred to voicemail by the secretary…no follow up. Meanwhile my Detroit at Work contact is explaining to me how Ms. Pulliam was telling her how she’s “waiting for me to call”…I ended up accepting another position that pays a lot more so I sent a courtesy email thanking her for her time and best wishes….still no reply but complained about me not calling her and I guess begging for a job. It’s been over a year and a half and I still think about how unprofessional it all was."
