"Well for one I never give 5 stars on anything, this is my son's first year here in kindergarten he's doing well his teacher is outstanding I have no problems...lol other than the breakfast and lunch."

"I pray for any child that attends this school. The school is unorganized and straight up ghetto. When my child first attended she loved the school but it has fallen apart. They let in the most ghetto children I have ever seen . By that I mean fighting and cussing ect. All of these kids act more like grown women/men than 12-14 year old young women/men . I feel so bad for the children in this school that actually want to succeed in life but are stuck in Cornerstone. The teachers drop like flies and the students definitely play a role. But let me not blame it all on the student they brought in these ghetto teachers and all they want to do is act a fool and embarras them in front of there classmates. There is barely any learning going on is this school. They call this school a charter school but it really is trap central. I have witnessed myself the young men throwing up gang signs that they know nothing about. The young ladies dancing inappropriately and acting like "city girls". I was so frightened for my child's safety and we'll being I took her out. Please do not send your child here."

"Do not send your child here unless it is your last option. The staff in the middle school lacks professionalism. It is mostly because they rather argue with the students than teach. The language arts teacher does it so much I am convinced she recieves excitement from it. The school hires teachers that do not speak fluent English and then expects the students to understand them. Not only that the students might as well teach because of the lack of knowledge from the teachers. The students are engaging in sexual activity already at an young age which is very dissapointing. This school might look good from the outside but in the inside it is dirty. The bathrooms have a period/fish scent and the locker rooms also do. Teachers put their hands on studenst and receive no penalty. One teacher pushed a student into a locker and the other one pushed them into a chair. All I have to say is DO NOT send your child here ecspecially middle school."

"My son’s first year in first grade. Any school that doesn’t know the importants of building parent teacher relationships may not be the school for us. A new implemented policy that do not allow parents to walk student to and from class. Sorry but I need to know how my son is doing daily. How teachers conduct themselves in their atmosphere. More importantly how my son interacts with his teacher. How am I supposed to know this if I’m literally dropping and picking him up at the door. This is supposed to be their open door policy? Safety issues. Elementary students are being sent to restrooms by themselves. Using the same restroom staff and parents are using. Covering classroom windows with curtains to the point that you have to kneel down to see what’s going on in the class. Not welcoming at all. I don’t think we have found the right school!"
