"Horrible customer service on behalf of the pharmacist and her tech! I was prescribed a prescription that was written incorrectly & the pharmacist refused to be helpful and call the hospital, whom prescribed it, to clarify instructions. After I called the hospital, the receptionist told me that the physician said to have the pharmacy call him/hospital for clarification. Then I went back to the pharmacist and said that they do not have time today even though they did!! And put up the wooden board!! Disrespectful, unhelpful, rude. The worst experience I’ve encountered by a “professional”."

"Bristol Street CVS is a very clean, we'll set up and neatly organized through out every isle. This is the 1st time I've not waited on my order to be filled upon arrival. My scripts auto sent so after an hour or so I and a few occasions the next day it not be filled and waited.In saying that, I keep in mind it's a VERY busy pharmacy from 8a-9p and i try to have empathy for how hard they work with so few techs to fill scripts or to even check customers out is so slow inside and drive thru. So just remember they're doing the best they can with what they're given to work with."

"This place frustrates me. You see your doctor, and within 1-2 hours you expect your prescription to be filled... CVS swears upon that, and your doctor expects that. I expect that, but you will never get that here! It takes them over 24 to 48 hours, and I have saw 8 people working behind the counter. I hope you don't expect anything from this establishment, because you will be surely disappointed!"
