"Garbage service at this place. Prescription sent by doctor prior to 5:00. Called the pharmacy to see if it would be ready and they said to come at 6:15. Went at 6:25 and was told "It's not ready" to which I replied we were told it would be ready at 6:15. She then says "we've been really busy with everyone filling their prescriptions for the Super Bowl". I couldn't even wrap my head around that, but was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I Went back at 7:45 and it was still not filled. Then I was told it wasn't filled because they don't work with my insurance.... This is the first time I've ever gone to a Walgreens pharmacy, so they wouldn't have any insurance info that I know of. This place is worse than CVS and that's not an easy task."
