"my 1.5 year old german Shepard came here to get fixed & it was the worst experience EVER. first, they said he needed to stay over for this which i’ve never heard of. so i asked why, got no answers. they called me to tell me that the procedure went fine but said he had an active strand of lymes which obviously concerned me. i had questions & she said we could do antibiotics if we wanted, which didn’t make sense why would we not? so i said of course do it. i picked my dog up the next day & they charged me twice for antibiotics so i got that off the bill, then they had someone else come talk to me to tell me “we didn’t wanna get bit because he was kinda angry so we didn’t wash his incision”. excuse me but you work at a vet? my dog has vaccines, has never bit anyone EVER, you just cut his nuts off i’m sure he’s pissed. but to not even wash him up? i got him back & he was drenched in blood down there bad. he ate and drank like he never did before AND the worst of it, he BLED all over for 8 hours. his site is still so bad and i followed up with Hero Pet who said this isn’t the first time this vet has done this. please dont fall for the affordable price of surgeries it isn’t worth it."

They have never overcharged me, in fact I'm shocked at how affordable they are. They are incredibly nice and helpful, depsite always being so busy. I will always trust them with my babies."

He is truly an amazing Dr. From the very beginning with the surgery & diagnosis his attention & special care of her was amazing. I simply can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Reed & his genuine ability to love all animals as if they were his very own. Also, a special thank you to his assistant that was helping him in Penny's final moments. She was kind & caring. I wish I knew her name.
