"Would be nice if Dr. Kahn's nurse or her would get back to you when you send a message through the patient portal. I replied back with a answer and then don't hear nothing back the same day. What's the use of replying back if you don't get a answer back."

"Dr. Hazel is absolutely amazing, she spends time with you every time you go has always made me feel comfortable. She doesn’t have a God complex either. Like so many doctors do. 5 stars across the board for the entire office!!"

"Doesn't seem like I am the only one who has had negative experiences with this clinic. We booked an appointment for our son over 6 weeks ago and the appointment was cancelled the day before because "another patient needed the appointment more". When we called to ask why they actually made a laughing sound at me and said we gave you an appointment next week and if we can't make it then we can book sometime in January. As if they were doing me a favor. I asked to speak to the Dr and was refused. They don't want you to ask questions"

"This review is about the corporation and does not refer to the doctor or the lab I’ve been seen for at least twenty five years. The company has changed names at least three times since I’ve been a patient of this doctor. The current administration, in my humble opinion, has no clue how to run a business. The lab hours were cut to four hours during the previous owners tenure, that in itself was not a problem. Today, I went in for some bloodwork only to find out they don’t start registering patients until 8:00 AM. Considering the time registration takes to register, it takes considerable time from lab productivity. I don’t know about anyone else, but I don’t like wasting my time. Although I think my doctor is the best, I think I’ll look for independent doctors and labs."

"Made an appointment 4 days ago just to have them call the day before and cancel the appointment. This is the FOURTH time this has happened. The doctor I was seeing was great, but she left the practice. So I scheduled with another doctor that I've seen before and apparently I need a longer appointment since I'm transferring to a new doctor?? Now I cant return to work for another week because thats the soonest they could get me in to see any doctor and they didn't even tell me which doctor ill be seeing. Everytime I've made an appointment here they cancel it. I once had my appointment scheduled for over a week before they called and told me that was canceled for some reason or another."
