"I hate to say this about Meijer Pharmacy because I really do actually like their service at the Elkhart Road Meijer in Goshen... However, I moved my prescriptions to this location on Cassopolis Street in Elkhart since the other one was unbelievably busy ALL the time and it was affecting my ability to fill certain prescriptions - a few times my medication was backordered and I literally had to drive over there 5 separate times because EVERY SINGLE VISIT the tech would tell me the medicine "SHOULD" be in the next day. It's a narcotic, so I obviously CANNOT be without it for any longer than 1 day - and I can't operate on "shoulds"... I understand it's not their fault that things get delayed, but I simply cannot be without it so I moved to a new location that I knew wouldn't be nearly as busy. There is never anyone in either line to pick up Rxs (drive-thru or in-store), but the process is MUCH, MUCH slower than that of the Goshen location... Which is confusing, but whatever. My ISSUE with filling my medication there is that the last TWO refills I have had sent in to the Cassopolis Street location, my doctor has written specifically for BRAND NAME..... I have not yet received it brand name and this last time the pharmacy technician flat out told me that the doctor DID NOT write the prescription that way when I KNOW she did. I am literally sitting right next to her, with direct eyesight on her computer when she sends the prescription to Meijer.... I know very well that it was an oversight of the pharmacy which REALLY bothers me that instead of addressing it appropriately, I was essentially told to take my discrepancy elsewhere which made it very clear to me that they wouldn't be resolving this without a huge hassle. This week I will be getting another refill - it is the LAST time I will be trying this location."

"Pharmacist was very rude and sarcastic to his staff and then ignored me and refused to help when I had a question regarding insurance. I was planning to switch from Walgreens, that won’t be happening!"
