"Worst board in existence. There is no customer service for salespeople, despite charging you over $500 per year. They will only let your broker communicate for you. There was no way opt out of renewing for the next year or cancelling your membership on your own. The receptionist ended up emailing my broker and telling them to write a letter to her, canceling my membership early, before the year was up. I asked to be refunded for the 6 weeks I had left to go in the year, got a snarky email back and then was ignored. Unbelievably bad customer service. They treat salespeople like dirt."
