"When I first enrolled my son I told my husband this place is empty compared to pre-Covid. I now know why. 1. After I enrolled my child they kept calling, texting and emailing daily to the point of harassment until I confirmed with them he was already enrolled. 2. It is run by teenagers very disorganized. 3. They expect you to accommodate them- they mix classes and change class times when short-staffed. 4. My child has been here one month and he has had a different instructor each time. 5. They charge you extra every time your kid goes up a level. They evaluated my child and decided three weeks later he should be placed in a higher level. Would you believe they decide I should be charged for a “new cap”?The teenage girl came at me with her phone in one hand ready to charge me before I even knew what happened and said “you owe us $10 because your child is going up a class and needs a new cap.” I asked what happens if I don’t pay? She said “ he will stay in the same level and not learn anything new.” I told her I have yet to see any of his classmates wearing one, see picture below. She responded “if you don’t like it call admission.” I was heated with this interaction. I called them and they responded “What would you like us to do?” I said sounds like you want to lose $110 a month over $10. She no joke responded “we charge $106.” So, I asked for a refund for the remainder of this month. She agreed to this. Before his lesson ended he was enrolled else-where starting next week. 6. This is for the British swim owners. Work on customer service because today you didn’t lose just 1 kid due to this you lost 6 because networking/word of mouth exist."
