"I reached out to this school via telephone. My phone call was sent to voicemail with an automatic text indicating to send a text. Although I don’t believe in conducting business via text I understand that “times has changed” and this is the new norm regarding how people conduct business/communicate. I sent a text message inquiring about enrollment. No response. I am leaving a review as I see another review has been posted due to lack of communication. I think it’s important for people especially “youth” to pay attention to the red flags/inconsistencies of a business when investing your money, time and education. Typically, responses such as, indicated above sets a “tone” regarding the type of experience/education you will receive."

"All natural called for morning appointment time 10:00 am arrived 9:40 immediately told no senior staff there, would I like to come back later I Said once I leave I have no intentions on coming back today. Then the owner says, "Let me call and see if I can reach her. I'll let you know. Well, she never came back. I walked over to her office and asked if the lady was coming in or not she said sorry, she didn't answer. Here's my answer: I will not do business with anyone that handles their business in this manner. You may have a much better experience, although the bar is set low."

I would like to honestly say that if you are not completely satisfied with the hairstyle you receive at Unlimited Beauty Institute, that Ms. McQueen will really try to rectify the situation. From my previous post, I was not satisfied with my daughter’s hairstyle she received last Saturday, but Ms. McQueen contacted me and arranged for my daughter to get her hair styled today, free of charge. The young lady that styled her hair today really did a great job!!! Thanks Unlimited Beauty Institute for promptly resolving my issue."

"My appointment was at 10am as soon as I walked in the instructor advised me to pay after doing so she says it would be a while there was only one student today. During my hour in the waiting area the instructor never said anything to me other than when she tried to charge me again saying come up to the desk to be checked out had to show my receipt. My student finally showed up at almost 11am and took her time setting up after arguing with the instructor about what time school starts. The service was not good my hair was not properly washed the student only focused on the top of the head. The instructor never came to check on the student or I just sat at the desk eating McDonald's. I told the student I wanted a curl on the end and she said she didn't know what I meant. At 1:15 I decided I had enough and walked out on the service. First and last time don't waste your time here"
