"I was extremely disappointed with this appointment. Not only did I wait about two weeks and missed half a days work, but when I did finally make it to my appointment, I felt as if it was not worth my time. My initial visit was because of severe hand swelling, cracking, bleeding and blistering- in both hands. He didn’t even look at my hands, just told me to go to a dermatologist. I understand that this is not his area of expertise, but it would’ve been nice to at least get a prescription or something for the swelling. It was so bad I couldn’t even make a fist without my fingers crackin’ open like Bob Evens breakfast sausages. The last doctor I went to just told me to “switch professions”, and sent me to a dermatologist who didn’t do a thing but throw steroid cream at me, which made it worse. I have been to so many doctors and I just do not feel heard! Lastly, the types of referrals I asked for he did not provide, and I left with referrals pertaining to issues I had years ago that are no longer problems. The only reason I’m giving this review somewhat of a decent rating is because of the nurse and the receptionist. I was so happy to walk into this clinic because everyone was so nice, the facility was clean, and it was fairly easy to get to once you figure out where you are. But I will not be visiting him again. When I left I was not only sad, but discouraged. I guess I’ll be adding this one to the list of non-listeners."
