"they have horrible communication. ordered my meds on the app and said “couldn’t process due to being a controlled substance” ?! aren’t they all controlled…? so i called after it said that and she said it has processed and would be in tomorrow… okay thats fine. i go in tomorrow just to be told you need prior authorization from insurance. WHY COULDNT THEY TELL ME THAT YESTERDAY. i’ve had issues with them just about every time i go there. i will be switching pharmacies for better luck than whatever this is. absurd"

"Look for a different pharmacy. I have issues about every 3-4 times I go there. Long waits (don't plan to swing in after you doctors appt) and several times they were 'out of that drug'. Even had issues where they said the RX was scheduled to be filled later in the week... even after it was just called in from the doctors office. For a larger Pharmacy and network, they really struggle here."

"Consistent problems. Long waits and indifferent service. Feels like employees are just there to meet licensing requirements and move on. Pick up any type of controlled substance and expect to be lectured by a 20 year old pharmacy student. Go to Family Fare."
