"The ease of service was spectacular. Used a cell phone to fill out the information they needed. Once that is complete you are “in line” to see the Vet. The phone prompts you to come on in when they have a room for you. If you are not tech savvy. There is a person inside at desk taking walk ins. They were able to spot another condition that needed treatment we were not there for. Asked if we were interested in testing and to begin treatment for my pets quality of life. Otherwise, we needed to seek care as soon as possible at a regular vet facility. The added cost was on par with what it would go to see another vet for treatment. We were very grateful to proceed. We were learning things we didn’t know about our pets condition. The staff is fabulous. Our pet is blind. Doesn’t like strangers or people touching her. Especially, her face. They were like dog whisperers or something. They were able to treat her without anesthesia. Which we really believed they would have to use just to examine her. We were pleased how competent they were when handling her. How calm she was with them. Wish they were not emergency care because I don’t want to go anywhere else for treatment, but there. Would love to make them Penelope’s primary doctor. You are in good hands choosing this Urgent Care."

"They took excellent care of our cat that had an open wound. They were caring with him and their customer service with us was exceptional. They made us feel right at home. You can tell everyone there loves what they do. They were very thorough with explaining to us what was wrong and what could be done and what the process would be. They got our kitty fixed right up. He doesn't even seem to mind his "cone of shame." We are glad a place like this was around for us to bring him to."
