"I can not express how unprofessional this place is. I was interested in attending but had 1 question. The website said to text with questions so I did. That was a mistake. I received no less than 10 text messages that day. NONE of the messages even addressed the question I asked. Then they called me 5 times right after another. If I don’t answer the first time, why would I answer .5 seconds later? The last call was at 8:35 PM. I finally answered to let them know I couldn’t speak at the moment but I had set up a time to speak via phone tomorrow morning. The lady then proceeded to ask more questions to keep me on the phone and told me that I must’ve spoke to her assistant and that she didn’t have me on her schedule for tomorrow. But what about that makes it okay to call that many times at once so late at night? Nothing. This completely soured the whole thought of attending this school. I highly recommend you look other places to obtain a certificate of dental assisting. I guarantee you almost anywhere else will be 100x more professional than this desperate place."
"First, I'll start off by saying everyone's experience is and will be different. I personally had a good experience while I was in school. This program has a lot of information to go through, through out the 12 weeks. So you have to be willing to make time and do the work. If you can get a little study group going once or twice a week with your classmates outside of class it would help you a lot. Ask all the questions you need to make sure you are understanding because the classes do go by quick. Instructor Kayla was nice I enjoyed her and the other ladies that helped out. It's nice having people that have worked in the field or are currently in the field to learn from. Each one had something different to offer the class. I also, enjoyed my classmates. All in all this program is what you put into it. Do the work, ask questions, and do your externship and you'll do fine. Good luck!"
