"The hard drive on my laptop was on the verge of crashing, and the computer would no longer boot up. I took it to Tech Help immediately, and Trent was able to retrieve all the data from the damaged hard drive. He spent a lot of time researching various options, and finally recommended replacing the hard drive in my computer as opposed to investing considerably more money in a new computer. He ordered the hard drive for me, installed it, and reloaded my data as well as several free programs that have saved me additional money. Upon completion, he walked me though the programs and data to make sure everything was there, and answered any questions I had. He assured me that he was available by phone if I needed additional assistance. Everything was completed professionally, in a reasonable amount of time, and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Tech Help."
