"Very rude staff working in that place. They don’t want you there even if you are trying to donate something good. You will feel unpleasant there! Don’t go."
"I love a lot of the stuff here, but every time I’ve shopped here the staff has been insanely rude. They act like they work on Rodeo drive. Which even if it was Rodeo drive I’d be damned if I was treated the way these people treat customers."
"I simply LOVE going to this Goodwill outlet! The displays are attractive and appropriately seasonal, the staff is friendly and helpful and I find really beautiful things here! Of course, like any other consignment-type outfit, you need to shop often so as not to miss out on the bargains that come in daily!!!"
"I am currently working on cleaning out my 3 bedroom house getting ready for a move to Arizona. The young man working at this Stevensville location couldn’t be more helpful; unloading my car for me and letting me put the remaining boxes from my car on the concrete while he runs in a load. Today when I went to drop off a car load I was met by a short dark curly haired woman who was on some kind of a power trip. She went out of her way to make sure that the whole process was as difficult as possible. Instead of taking boxes inside she dumped the contents of every box out into a wire shopping cart, letting buttons, safety pins and other small pieces fall through the cart all over the parking lot. When I tried to line up the boxes along the side of my car so she could just pick them up and I could leave she just had a fit indicating that she lifted boxes all day long and she didn’t want to have to lift them from the concrete. I almost reminded her that I was the one doing ALL the lifting and I am double her age and half her size!! If you want a good drop off experience stay away from this location! They obviously don’t want or need your donations if they just throw it on the concrete!!"
"I always loved donating here until recently. The last 2 times I have dropped stuff off the woman taking my items has been INCREDIBLY rude to me for no reason. She is very unpleasant and off putting. Definitely not the ideal person to be working with people for an organization like that. We have another goodwill about 15 minutes away and I’ll be taking my stuff there instead of the one that’s 4 minutes from my house....that’s saying something."
