Beaumont Hospital, Dearborn

"The staff at the Breast Care Center in Dearborn are courteous. I was under the impression that the Center would call to let my daughter know when the results of the biopsy were in. No. Patients must get this information directly from the personal care physician or the portal. How are patients expected to know that when not told? Why not a courtesy call? I asked what Lab did the work and the staff member did not know."

"I delivered my son here a week ago and although I didn’t have the best or nicest doctors the nurses i had on the labor and delivery floor were the absolute sweetest. I had Sarah the first day i was there. She was super fun to talk to and she kept great conversation. And she was definitely honest about everything while the dr kept saying “it doesn’t hurt” or “it’s not uncomfortable” and she made sure i was getting ALL the information that i needed. She even asked another nurse about me the next day because she wanted to know how i was doing since she didn’t work the next day. That evening I had Noor and when I tell you she was available every single time i called for her and she was extremely nice about everything that I asked for. The day I delivered i had the AMAZING Lana, if my own mother wasn’t there then she definitely would’ve took the mothers place. She held my head and she kept letting me know that i was doing great. If i could go back and experience it all again i would!( but with different doctors)"

"Excellent hospital with very caring staff. All the employees are good from the check-in clerk, the medical assistants, the nurses, and the physicians. Dr. Musa in the Emergency room Is the best. The nurses on the floor are extremely patient-friendly and very professional and extremely helpful."

"Prioritization is really bad. services are fine the specialists are kind but we have people techs coming outside the door saying a name waiting 10 seconds then walking away while all of us without bed or food service are waiting test results, not even further testing and somehow they are 5x past their suggested results time. I have a needle in my hand i havent ate for over 12 hours and when I asked for an update they said they will come. Im ready to just walk up to them and ask if its cancer or something to tell me just so I can leave like I didnt care anymore. Im dying in your results room and the lighting is TERRIBLE its 6am and the rooms lit up like the 4th of july. we are all hydrated mind you everyone has had some iv solution"

"I don’t even smoke cigarettes when I got in this room I had my boyfriend go to the front and tell them the bathroom needs clean because it did smell like freaking cigarettes, nasty tissues, all over the floor. I’m posting the video and I’m posting the garbage all over the room, they leave it for days. I’ve been here for three days for an MRI now I gotta have surgery Friday and they’re in here harassing me I’m crying in pain saying I smoke cigarettes, when I don’t smoke cigarettes I don’t smoke vapes this is pure wild something needs to be done about this and I won’t stop till there is and I am not allowed to record people coming at me in the hospital accusing me of doing some thing I’m not allowed to record he said it’s against the law so if anybody knows this law, please inform me on it a little more because I’m pretty sure I’m allowed to the second. He said, don’t record me. I took it off of him and didn’t record him personally record the voice is so everybody can hear what they were saying to me, accusing me of. my neighbor side of the room ain’t been here since I got here and they have not clean the room. I had my fiancé go down there and tell them you need to be cleaned the are harassing me I tried up load video and I hope you all can see it how people are treated here when they are in pain supposed to have surgery Friday I’m feeling like they are racist very because I’m who’re and there Arabic while they laugh and smirk about a situation, that ain’t funny at all, my sister works at U of M and Ik my rights let’s just say that and I would never ever smoke in a hospital seventh floor is a shame The lady that does drew my blood. I had her go smell the bathroom. She says she don’t smell no smoke. It smells like a bathroom. And that my room smells good. Smh this is wild their machine literally fell on my head last night. Off of a pole that it wasn’t on barely clearly"
