"Started coming to Northwood because they had a quick opening for my Frenchie who ended up having a stubborn eye ulcer that almost needed surgery. The staff is so kind and compassionate, and I cannot sing their praise enough. Dr. John is willing to answer all my questions, and gave great instructions for care that gave us the best chance to heal the eye without surgery. It took a while, but we got there! I appreciate that they trust my input into my dog's care, and are a great balance of optimistic and realistic. They're up-front about costs, and provide options when available. Best veterinary care that I've experienced as a pet parent."

"Dr.Klabunde is wonderful. She made the visit so easy for my very paranoid dog. I had my young son with me and she made sure it was a great experience for him also. "Not only has Dr. K and her team saved my his life when she had to have emergency surgery, they have been so amazing throughout her now current situation if having cancer. I've brought rescues to them and they never missed a beat. My boy absolutely loves going to the Vet to see all of them if that says anything, and he goes in because of allergies and rashes, so you know he's not feeling the best at the time. But no matter what every dog we have brought to them leaves happy! We recently lost one of our old girls to age, and they took the time to send us a card, took the time to all sign it, and when I had to make the call to give permission for it to be done they took the time to make sure I knew they were there for me and I could feel the love over the phone.
