"A lady named, Heather is the woman I've talked to on the phone to make an appointment and her whole tone and attitude was negative as if I'm bothering her or upset her demeanor by setting a appointment for myself upon this place. Definitely don't recommend her as a costumer service representative to speak on the phone or front desk because she's the same in person. I have a few people that mentioned they have had issues with her that attends here as well. Poor service!"
