"Johnny gave me the best experience ordering fast food. He had great customer service also lol a sense of humor. He made sure I received my order fresh to order & he also gave me a free item ! Thank you"
"So a couple things, I've never seen a crew work so hard since I've been eating here and it's great. A couple people stood out a woman with glasses was so respectful and responsive when taking my order over the phone. As I walked in I was greated with a smile and a gentleman with blue hair, excellent customer service, and really knew how to speak. He helped my wife before with a messed up order and was the same way so I knew it was genuine.Made me feel great about being a customer, and have also informed family and friends about the gesture. He made sure I didn't leave without anything, even brought my food out for me. Very underrated store that I will continue coming to. Thank you Hungry Howies ☺️"
"I’m giving them one star out of 5 because 1 out of 5 times is how often they make an even halfway decent pizza. Order a “normal” cooked pizza and the cheese is barely melted and the crust still tastes cold. Order it well done and you get a piece of cardboard. Order extra of anything on a pizza and you won’t get what you paid for. Walk in the door and your mere presence seems to annoy everyone who works there. Basically, if you want consistently poorly made pizza made by grumpy people, this Hungry Howie’s is your go-to. But for me, I’m done with this train wreck."
"Beyond expectations met. This Pizza deluxe sub was perfect. I will return. It needs more Pepperoni's and less sauce for me personally but it truly was delicious. Ate it so fast I forgot the pic."
"My order was # 03601. I placed my order online and arrive to pick up it up just before 9:50pm. There were two employees in the pizzeria, one male and one female. The male employee was prepping pizzas while the female employee was in the front of the store sweeping. Upon finishing sweeping floor, the lady came to the counter and asked if I had placed an order. once she received my information, she walked to the oven and retrieved my pizza from the oven without washing her hands or wearing gloves. While she was cutting my pizza, kindly let her know that I did not want that pizza because due to her (Daniel M. #3601) not washing her hands. I explain to her that since she just finished sweeping that her hands are dirty from the broom, and that she should not handle customer’s food without washing. She got upset and said a few words but went and asked her colleague to make another pizza. Upon returning to the front counter, and seeing a phone in my hand she became hostile and said that she would call the police on me. I informed her that I had not taken a picture but was now going to do so because of how she was treating me. I also asked for a refund which she reluctantly did. I am a long time customer, and I usually order pizzas from here during family gatherings, parties or if I’m just lazy and don’t want to cook. I submitted a complaint to corporate but never heard back from them. I still don’t understand why wouldn’t she simply wash her hands before touching my food, and why threaten to call the police when a customer addressed the issue. I have an idea why she wanted to call the police but I won’t get into that. I will say that the woman in the picture was probably hoping that I’d get arrested for making her feel uncomfortable about her poor hygiene."
