"Service here used to be a bit more quality. Several times lately I've ordered the create your own smoothie and have had to stand over the workers to make sure they're following the ticket according to the ingredients I asked for. They're also very slow and seem to have a careless demeanor."

"I started going there not knowing what to get, or what was good. The staff was very helpful with their suggestions and I'm glad I am a rewards member now because earning free drinks is super easy. I love to go for a long walk, and grab a smoothie and know I'm making healthy choices. I have had a wrap there also and it was amazing so food is good too."

I went back to the store and employee shrank her shoulders and told me “must have been a little bug in the lettuce” like it was cute or acceptable… don’t you wash the vegetables before selling them to paying customers? The same employee proceed to pet a dog that was in the store and then went back to work without washing her hands.. this just tells me what kind of food service establishment this is. I am terrified that I could have eaten bugs and harm my UNBORN CHILD. Never coming back and neither should anyone, disgusting."
