Sam's Sorrento Pizza

"They have really good pizza! My daughter is very picky when it comes to pizza and she loves their pizza. The last pizza I purchased was not so good. I was becoming frustrated at the fact that my daughter was picking around the pizza until I took a bite of mines and realized it was not done all the way. The top was still doughy and chewy. I couldn't take it back because I picked my daughter up after getting the pizza and it was late. Very disappointed."

"Boyfriend and I ordered delivery! We ordered a large square and a salad! When pizza came there was only 10 slices! FOR A LARGE?? We were both surprised! Dough is a little chewy and pizza did not arrive hot or even warm! Not the delivery drivers fault though! It actually came pretty fast! Boyfriend almost choked on an olive pit that was on pizza! We are very disappointed with this order"

"First I want to say I’ve been a long time customer at the mount Clemens location, but today was the last time I’m going there. They gave me a hard time honoring the 23.99 coupon for pizza and wings that I had just printed off online thirty minutes before going there. Granted they finally did, but did give me a hard time. They should update their website before raising prices. When I got home the pizza was ice cold and the wings were horrible! I’ve been getting the wings there for years and they were never like I got today. Bad enough they raised the prices, but the wings got really small. I was suppose to get eight but only got six and they were smaller than a chicken nugget. Very sad that this place is going down hill. I’ll drive a little further down the road and go to Marcos. You can see in the picture one wing was about the size of a dime. Use to be my favorite place for pizza."

"Ok....honestly, I would have given 5 stars instead of 4. But, one of the pizzas I ordered was a pepperoni and cheese. Now, in all fairness...the pizza tastes wonderful. But that one pizza...all the pepperoni seemed to be all on one side leaving like 4 pepperoni on 1/2 of it...while the other side had it all. My son loves the vegetarian, my husband loves either meat lover's or the classic supreme. My daughter hates pizza....seriously?! Who hates pizza?? Lucky for her they have beer battered shrimp. Huge win win for everyone!! Now, if you really want to taste something amazing??? I highly recommend the Greek pizza. O M G it's to die for!! The service was excellent. They were very busy at the time I went, but well worth the extra minutes for a slice of heaven. Update a day later....do you know what excellent customer service is? The owner called me after seeing my review to hopefully get to the bottom of why my one pizza was messed up. Sometime after it came out of the oven, it got tilted somewhere and with the cheese still hot and the pepperoni slid. Remember, the pizza was still wonderful and we are for sure returning customers. But it really means a lot that the owner called to apologize. NOW THAT'S OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! See people....you really need to go. Not only do they care about our satisfaction...they make THE BEST pizza!! And for that call alone...I changed my rating to 5 STARS!! Thanks Sorrentos."
