"Workers are very very rude. I ordered inside for lunch and waited 15 mins for my order because they kept putting drive thru orders out first. One lady gave me attitude because she gave me the wrong drink size and I asked for the right one. While waiting 3 people came back in because they recieved the wrong orders. She tried using the excuse that they were busy but they were not and multiple workers were standing around doing nothing."
"2 people tried taking my order tried taking my order at once and screwed up my code. I understand things happen but they didn't try to fix it."
"Went to the drive thru and my order came to $5.47 I gave the girl at the window a 5 dollar bill and 2 quarters, she took the money and never even offered to give me the .03 cents change. It's only .03 but I deserve my change back. I sat and waited at the window a few minutes and she never even looked back at me. Never got a receipt either so I couldn't send feedback to corporate. She stole my .03"
"I would have given them 5 stars because of a lovely blonde girl who works/worked there but more often than not they make me pull forward and wait forever while so many others are served. I order a Big Mac meal and two cheeseburgers today, they make me pull forward and 5 other customers are served. I’m pretty sure they forgot me. I waited over 10 minutes. When I told the worker there that I was about to come inside and I told them how long I waited they said nothing. Will change my review if my experience gets better."
"Order is wrong every time, stuff missing or made incorrectly. Haven’t been in a while but decided to go today. Two fries and sauce missing. And spent $7 on one plain original crispy chicken sandwich. Which is bread, two pickles, and a chicken breast…. Could eat because it wasn’t prepared properly! Waste of time and money."
