"Got carry out today and what a surprise when we got home. We have ordered carry out from Amores numerous times, but today was different. Fish and chip dinner, great. Fried shrimp dinner was coconut fried shrimp, very overcooked. Ordered a Texas burger and got catfish instead, not sure how that happened. Not going back up there, but will make sure we check our order before we leave next time."

"First time here and absolutely LOVED it. Food was awesome (and lots for the $). Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Owner of the restaurant was running his butt off with orders and checking in on diners to make sure the food met expectations. The omelettes that my Mom & I ordered were huge (enough for another meal the following day). Everyone in our party (8 total), loved our meals."

"It was my first time here and I loved this place. They have one of the biggest menus I have ever seen. I have to go back because there are so many things to try! The soup was delicious. We received wonderful service; attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely be back."

"We had Rueben and Fish sandwich. Awesome food! Friendly staff! Clean! Plenty of space, you don’t feel crammed. Chicken tortillas soup was excellent as well. Will definitely be back!"

"A lunch spot many in my office frequent once or twice a week. Food is always a solid value. They have good, and sometimes interesting specials for lunch and dinner. Breakfast anytime is always good. Service is usually exceptional, and I don't remember it ever being below average. Parking can be a little tough when very busy. Dining area and bar are clean and welcoming. Never been here for drinks, but they do have a few TV's that probably show sports. Can see it being a local favorite, but I am sure it isn't open late. I will continue coming here as long as I work in the area."
