"Very Poor Management, Confrontational Disrespectful, (need a management class ) I asked for catfish fried hard it was not Catfish & it was overly cooked ,it looked more like chicken strip instead of 2 pieces of Fish I opened each piece individually it was barely fish in it . I called to let them know the staff agreed to replace it for chicken & When I arrived the Supervisor made it an issued said she wasn’t replacing it. I ate off it . I ate the fries out the box from around the so called Catfish.It seem as though she wanted an argument so Politely told her I’ll inform cooperate & walked out!!!"
"I ordered chicken that was undercooked and not seasoned. I also ordered Banana pudding and I received a container of box pudding with cookies in a paper bag. When I contacted their staff, the alleged manager told me that my statement was not true!!! She was rude and her tone very unprofessional. Pictures are worth a thousand words!!! I am very saddened and have patronized this restaurant numerous times before….. Done!!!"
