"I was on the east side for a bath demo job. Stopped in for a classic pulled pork sandwich which was out in a flash and it hit the spot! Not only was the pork great but the slaw was fantastic! The Fargo Rock and Rye really made it a perfect lunch! I recommend anybody reading stop in it is totally worth it."

"1/2 lb of Brisket was amazing but the brisket on the brisket sandwich was a little tough for some reason could be the center of the slab. overall the sandwich was still amazing. Mac n cheese was absolutely amazing thick very cheesy very comfy good seasoning and taste good portions. Potato salad was nice and chunky tasted fresh not just goop. overall might be some of the best bbq in Detroit next to arkins in Southfield."

Had the pulled pork, brisket, pork belly burnt ends, fries, mac & cheese and cornbread. The gold sauce with the pulled pork was amazing! Those candied pork belly burnt ends though, absolute perfection."

"We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for some very well prepared RIBS that are very worthy of the high ratings this location has received from many others (and for which initially attracted us to place recent catering order). Very thankful that this place accommodated our order with a day and half notice, and were even kind/flexible enough to have the food/all sides ready about 30 minutes before they even opened. EVERYTHING is really good here (not just the ribs) and is prepared the right way- everyone ate EVERYTHING (even days later the leftovers are absolutely delicious!) and inquired upon the name/location of this place! 5 STARS all around!!"
