"Waited at the counter for 10-15 minutes Then asking a staff member for help. He said he was busy, I said I need to see the manager. He said he's busy. I yelled out for the manager. He said I'm a little bit busy at the time. I said I need help cause. I don't know how to run your machine and I need. Help at the counter, please. and just stared at me &. Finally came to the counter. Then when I get my food? It's got all kinds of slop put in It wasn't made properly. Then I had to call him back and said I need This made properly. And then it Was done on the spot horrible service. I will never be at. 16 mile & Crocker in Harrison Township, Michigan ever again. Pamela guerra"

"Ordered through DoorDash @ 11:45pm. Order 1 L Caramel Frappe, 1 L Mocha Frappe, 1 M Shamrock Shake & a Big Mac. Only received the Big Mac from my order. The employees replaced the Frappes with frozen soft drinks and didn’t send the shake at all. When I called the store, after getting my refund from DoorDash, the employee I spoke to was extremely rude. She told me that the frappe machine was down so they replaced them. Kept insisting that I had to contact DoorDash because it wasn’t her problem. When I tried to ask a question, she hung up on me. I tried calling back and was hung up on the first 2 times & then told, again that it wasn’t her problem & to contact DoorDash. DoorDash didn’t make the mistake, McDonald’s did."

"Update 2/7/2024: Added a photo of my large fries order (no fries fell in the bag). Also, Diet Coke order was regular Coke. I placed an order in the app online at 10:30 AM and clicked finish and pay. I arrived at McDonald's at 10:35 AM, entered curbside spot 4 in the app and got a message that my offer had expired. I went into the store and stood at the front of the line for about 5 minutes until someone came to take my order. I explained what had happened to the cashier, showed her my order in the app, and she said she didn't know what to do. She asked the manager what to do. The manager said that I would have to cancel the order in the app and reorder at the counter and they would honor the BOGO offer. She left and no one took my order at the counter for another 20 minutes. My counter order was finally placed at 10:59 am. At 11:00 am the Manager announced to the crew, "no more breakfast orders." I finally got my order around 11:05 am. My order was discounted by 3.49. It was the only counter order taken during the 25 minutes that I was in the store. People came in behind me to place counter orders and left without their orders being taken. Someone came in with balloons to wish the manager a happy birthday and the manager said "this is the worst day of my life." I understand that anyone can have a bad day. It is truly a shame that the manager had a bad birthday. Based on this experience, however, it is clear that in-store customers are the restaurant's lowest priority."

"I went up here about 6 pm on Saturday 9/16. Oder my food paid and got told to wait at a number which is all fine. I get my food but I am missing my drink for a happy meal. The guy that ran the food out said he would be right back with it but decided to never come back. I went inside to ask for my milk and I got ignored. He was too busy on his phone taking a picture with his ear buds in to help. The manager told some blonde chick to help and I got an attitude about it. I wasn’t even going to write this review until I opened up my double quarter and the patty is all broke and thrown together all and half missing. Food was also very cold like it has been sitting out."
