"Been to this location 4 times in the last 12 months on the way home from my husbands work. This location is HORRID. They constantly miss the apples in my toddlers happy meal and tell me “just ask for ____ next time you’re in” even though it doesn’t work. They drink up charge us 20 cents for a medium drink in the happy meal even though I never ask for that. Very slow service, constantly mess up the order and don’t listen or care to fix it. Drive a few miles more and go somewhere else."

"This store is usually great. Lines move fast and food is fresh and hot. On my most recent visit they were training some young girls so service was very slow but store still good though"

"First of all I love my Carmel ice cream sundae to be like it was just made when we get to the pick up window not to have a soupy look to it. Like you could drink the top portion also did not receive a spoon. So had to park & run back in for a spoon & my daughter wanted honey mustard with her chicken nuggets & in the bag was sweet and sour sauce. The manager there gave me a new Carmel sundae and for my daughter he gave me a honey mustard sauce. Now if I was the manager I would of also replace her chicken nuggets or given a refund on the whole purchase. That would make happy customers!!"

"The food is good who doesn't love McDonald's, especially their coffee! However, the service lacks customer service skills in particular, attitude. I only have driven through drive-thru so the atmosphere reflects how I'm being treated from the windows."

"Ordered iced mocha with no whip cream. When I got the coffee, there was a little layer of froth. I looked at her and right away she said that is the froth that comes on it. I get this all the time never had it before. I tasted it. It was whipped cream. I didn't say word. I was so pissed. I don't like being lied to."
