"Tried to order on the kiosk with cash; it told me to order at the counter. Was rudely told at the counter to read the sign and use the kiosk. Waited 20 minutes after ordering, staff nowhere to be seen. I was completely alone in the restaurant. Finally got my food, cold. When I got home, I realized they botched my order and gave me beef in my tacos instead of the chicken I ordered (which is an upcharge). Only received 10 cinnamon bites instead of 12. I was not offered a receipt, and I regret not asking for it now. Went at 9pm."

"Made my food with beef after I specifically ordered veggie. Of course it was dark and I accidentally ate some meat. I'm going to be sick for days now and they have no way to refund me over the phone because I have no interest in wasting my time and gas when I'm about to be ill. I'm never eating here again."

"It's one of the newer buildings on hall road in the same building plex as pizza hut and tropical smoothie. They are open early for breakfast. Staff was super friendly and the food came out quick and fresh. Was delicious and will be back whenever I am in the area."

"Ordering my food on the app, I sat in the drive-through line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. I then pulled around to the front and the front door was locked. All the lights were on, but there was no one inside the building so they’re open until 1 AM but there’s no one working at 10pm. My crunch wrap supreme was cold when I got it today. The cinnamon twists taste like plastic and my Pepsi was completely flat."
