"It’s very frustrating when you order coffee with light ice and it’s constantly filled more than halfway with ice. Drink is gone in a few sips and I do not feel like I get my moneys worth. This location is right around the corner from me but may drive the extra mile to Tim Hortons from now on. Employees do not follow instructions."

"I've only been to this Dunkin once and I had a pleasant experience. My only fault was I ordered something that I never ordered before and I wasn't a huge fan but that was nothing on the workers that was all on me. But I got my order quick and the order seem to be right. It was just not my favorite but like I said again that's on me not them. They had a lot of nice seating in the workers were very kind."

"Don’t ever spend your money at this place they are rude. I ordered a pumpkin spiced latte with almond milk no whip with food they gave me the wrong order twice then they said o well you owe more money cause apparently they never range up my correct order in the first place so no telling what I paid for and then wanted to call the police cause I said I one wanted a refund and two I wanted my receipt. Clearly they are trying to scam. This is the second incident in one week never going back here again."

"I've tried this Dunkin a few times, but they are just too stingy. I've ordered light ice for my ice coffees, and the cup is over half ice! They only put cream cheese on one half of my over toasted stale bagel. Go to the Dunkin on Cass and Groesbeck, I've never got a bad coffee from them, and their customer services is wonderful!"
