Little Caesars Pizza 15155 Twelve Mile Road, Warren, MI 48088

"Save your time and go to a different location. I used the Pizza Portal and ordered 2 pizzas and a crazy bread an hour ahead of when I wanted them. Never got an email saying they were ready, went there 15 minutes after pickup time, wasn’t ready. I was in the store at least 5 minutes before I even saw a staff member, who said it would be about 45 minutes before my order was ready. When I said to cancel it they said “oh wait it’s almost ready.” Then they handed me an entirely different order. Cooler wasn’t stocked. Staff is in desperate need of customer service training. This location is an insult to the company. Never got my order. Took nearly a month to get my refund. Again, save your time and go to a different location."

"I Placed an order through the app; the app asked if I wanted to pick up in the drive-through or inside. I selected drive-through when arriving at the drive-through I was asked how I could help. When I told them I had an order that was placed on the app they told me I need you to come inside… When I I told the associate that the app instructed me to come to the drive-through. She then ignored me, leaving me no option, but to go inside, which I honestly don’t mind, but don’t give an option where there is not one. This location often has her drive-through close and a sign out that says that it is not working, during the pandemic and long afterwords they had their doors locked so you couldn’t come in even if you want to. I also payed for extra marinara for my crazy bread that they didn’t have some Have any instead of offering me a refund they told me to take what I want from their sauce selection… just a bad environment and poor service all the way around. The best little Caesars is on 10 mile between Hayes and Gratiot. Sad that I have to drive out of my way to get the service."

"I called my order in at 6:15pm. I arrived and waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Got my order - went home - and the pizza was wrong. I ordered a pizza with no sauce, and received one with sauce. I called again at 7:15pm once I was home and discovered this. They said not a problem they will put a new one in and should be ready in 10 minutes. I did not get my pizza till 8pm. They did give me some kids cookies, pop, and a cup for free. But that doesn't make up for the nearly 2 hour wait. If I didn't have hangry kids with me , i would not have waited. But i figured by the time i order pizza from somewhere else, i would have wasted the same amout of time as I did standing there. And the bread sticks I got with my first wrong order...had ONLY 3 in the bag! The correct pizza sucked and tasted like dough - don't know why when it took so long. The only thing that was good was the lemonade they gave us for waiting so long. My order wasn't the only one wrong. There were many people in the lobby waiting with me that had wrong orders, or orders that were lost. Honestly, it was pretty ridiculous. The service and quality at this LC has gone down hill - and they actually had a decent size staff working, too this time. Usually there is hardly anyone working. Honestly - it's worth your time to pay a bit extra to go somewhere else so you don't get the wrong pizza and have to wait forever."

"Food was good, the service and everything else was not. Was warned by multiple patrons that a hot and "ready" would be a 45 minute wait, which is still a bit long for a weekend wait. It took 10 minutes each time to be helped at the counter and the employee who helped me was on their cell phone prior to helping. The other employee acted like helping the front wasn't their job, and moved slowly. Looking into the back the trash cans were full, there was food spilled on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up, it just didn't look clean. The food was fine thankfully, but I will never go back to this location again as it currently is."
