"Came in at noon for the lunch special. Asked for an extra slice. Was told it was going to be a while because they only had 2 slices and no others were prepared. Got back to work (1) mile away. Pizza was cold. Still tasted good and had a good crust."
"Where was the ham on our pizza? Where were the pineapples? All count was a few, hardly any cheese or the delicious sauce, too. Such a great name from Madison but not even close. Sorry."
"1st time trying this location and placed an online order on 12/28/23 @ 4:15ish for the "Tommy" well-done and it was only partially cooked with hardly cooked, still stringy cheese throughout, hard uncooked veggies. That kind of pizza will make someone ill and the fact that an employee thought it was good to go despite it being ordered well-done is astounding, and all that for almost $20 dollars. Never again"
"We normally order from the Madison Heights location and we love it there. We decided to try their new location on Mound Rd since it’s much closer to us and we’re very impressed! The crust on our pizza was really crispy that you can hear the crunch in each bite. The sauce was just as flavorful. Definitely will be returning to the new location for our pizza cravings."
"I've given this place about 6 or 7 chances so far. The pizza is just not up to par with the Madison Heights location. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism and not as an insult. Until they work out the quirks here I'm going back to the Madison Heights location. I hope they get everything worked out soon bc I love that they have gluten free pizza!"
