Firehouse Subs Roseville Professional Center

"I went into firehouse subs today and was accused of cutting the line just because the person who wasn’t working the register didn’t hear the couple in front of me say we could get in front of them. She took it upon herself to ask them if they were ready because she didn’t want to take our order if they were ready to order. I told her that they told us to get in front of them and she proceeded to say that she “didn’t hear them”. I’m really confused on why she needed to hear them when she wasn’t the one at the register. It made for an extremely uncomfortable situation and I won’t be going back and I’ll be telling my friends and family not to go to that location. You can’t just assume someone would jump in front of people just because."

"Love this place. Great food super quick always friendly. I was there when they got inspected by the Health Dept and the lady said it was a great inspection only thing wrong was papertowel was out of a dispenser. Which i saw them run out of to wash there hands."

"This place is absolutely fantastic! It was my first time at Firehouse and I told the manager(?), I think his name was Terrance, he walked me through the company’s mission to help first responders and how their food is prepared - very refreshing to see someone so engaged in their work! The food was absolutely fantastic, fresh ingredients, great flavor, and the staff brought it right to our table, so nice! I also love that this location has photos on the walls of the Roseville fire department and not just random fire fighters, it was a nice touch. I will definitely be back here and hope to see more of Terrance and his awesome positive energy."
