"The only person you can truly hold responsible for how poorly this establishment is ran, is the manager and the higher up. What's is the point of it being fast food, if nothing about the food you're getting is fast!?...Then the workers visibly show that they don't want to be there by having a dry attitude. It's really ridiculous, the same workers that want to get paid more, but don't want to work. Then, when you get up to the window, you find that the person taking your money is on the phone, which is obviously rude as hell. It literally takes a second to say. Hi, how are you or have a nice day? Just sad."

"So my husband and I was just there. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, a 12 piece chicken nugget meal, and Oreo cheesecake….. it took us 20-25 minutes to get food. My husband went in, and they where just playing around and not working. I am not someone who complains a lot…. But this experience was horrible. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!"

"the line is always long everybody knows that but i went to get a SPICY chicken sandwich combo and they give me a classic with this nasty mayonnaise and idk.. it was just so nasty it just pmo and i wanted to make a review.. and it wasn’t even hot for it to be so early in the day.. how y’all just opened and serving cold food.. (i put 3/5 for service bc the customer service is ok)"

"Very long wait times in the drive thru - my food was correct and the gentleman taking orders was very, very polite and well mannered. i know ppl were tired of waiting in line but this young man's demeanor was actually nice to see how calm and polite he was. That in my opinion was worth the wait. Good job young man"
