"Everyone seemed really nice but my nachos were not edible from the amount of salt on them. Well I’d say at least half of them were way too heavily salted and the rest aren’t salted at all, almost like after they were done frying, someone dumped salt on them in the bowl and then never shamed them around and grabbed a handful from the middle making sure to break half of them."

"When they give you drinks, you didn't order because they don't sell coffee... Then when you tell them you got it 2 days ago, now they weren't trained to make it. Here, I thought Taco Bell was a viable option again. Trash."

"I wish they could get my order right at least once. several times, I've tried to give this location a chance every time I order at night. An item is forgotten or made incorrectly. Fast food? I'm waiting 15 to 25 minutes from the moment I place my order every time. Being someone from the service industry, this should be a huge red flag to regional managers or higher. Huge loss in potential profits. Will not be returning to this location I'll drive the extra 4 miles to get my order correctly made with everything I ordered. Having to wait 15 min to not get my order correct and pulling back around to wait another 20 minutes is unacceptable for fast food!"

"Waited 15 mins nobody came to the front counter. Watched 3 for dashers leave. All the while employees are sitting in the back room one on her phone. Lazy employees"

"At locations like this, I am always wondering to myself, when do the robots come to make the orders? The wait is something else here. I mean, we are already ordering ourselves, so why not let go of the human issue and put the robot in there? I mean, do the workers even realize how they are making themselves unnecessary by working so slowly and inefficiently?"
