"The young kids that work there in the afternoon have horrible customer service, bad attitudes and extremely rude. I've had issues here in the past regarding not getting my drinks made properly or being charged for something I didn't order so I never pull ahead unless I see the order and total on the screen and the afternoon staff are consistently the shift I have this issue with. Tried to order today and had to just drive off due to them giving me extreme attitude about displaying my order so I could confirm that it was correct. I'm not sure what sort of training they receive but they are in great need of additional training as far as how you speak to the customers. I won't waste my money at a place that appears to care less if I'm receiving what I am paying for. I wish there was a higher up I could speak to about this issue."

"Drive thru wait times may seem fast and impressive to the corporate office but yet again we have another fast food restaurant asking you to pull forward and wait on your order. Thankfully the additional wait wasn’t too long today."

"Very rude service, cold bagel with enough cream cheese for 3 bagels. The two women were laughing while giving me my food so after seeing it was cold and had that much cream cheese, who Knows what else they did while I was in the restroom, but I just threw it out. Wasn’t worth my time going back in to talk to these two ignorant ladies. Great location with piss poor help. I wont be back."

"Fantastic service. 5/10/23 I stopped in for an ice cap. The employee was waiting on a person before myself this person was not very nice to your employee But the employee handled it very well I didn’t get his name but the employee working around 330 400 o’clock should be complemented for the way he handled the rude customer again Great service. Please let this employee know the value of his employment with Tim Horton"
