"They shut off the ability to order with the mobile app. I have noticed this on three occasions recently. If the owner does not know, they need to know. Also, the last time I DID get food from this location, it was terrible, dry and old."

"DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. On Sunday morning the 28th of January (3 days ago) I was coming out of this place and walked across the UNSALTED parking lot to my car. Only got halfway there and SLIPPED ON THE BLACK ICE WITH MY FEET TO THE SKY & WENT DOWN, HARD, ON MY LEFT ARM with my drink flying one way & me the other. I slowly picked myself up and went back inside to let SOMEONE working there have it. I called a young girl over to the counter and started to tell her what happened and as I did, what I imagine was the Manager came to listen for about a whole 10-15 seconds. Both of them, who were completely oblivious, never even thought to let alone asked if I was alright, never mind even a simple apology!! Then they both just turned & walked away. THAT IS UTTERLY INEXCUSABLE! THEN I had to ask the girl to replace my drink without them offering. I filled out an incident report online and got this worhtless automated response from corporate below. "Waited 20 minutes for my food. Still ain’t getting no food. Workers play too much. Don’t got time for all that took 20 minutes for some shakes. I don’t got time. Customer service was bad. They play too much. Nobody was in the first window. Need to do better they really need to get a general manager in here because they’re not up to no good. I don’t even work by the way just in case they only do outside or you gotta order on the kiosk and have the kiosk be broken. I got black stuff in it and they play too much. It’s so ghetto in here This is not work environment. Don’t bring your kids here or nothing. I don’t recommend nothing from here."

"Worst place I've been in awhile. Sat at drive through speaker for 5 cars that ordered on the other side. I said hello I yelled and still no one. So I drove around the building to get I to the other lane after 12 cars went through. She says oh sry it didn't beep. But she didn't see the line backing up to the road because shes to stoned to do her job. Ladies are very rude and won't be back to this one!!"
