"Saw the commercial to order a carryout special during Monday night Raw last week 9 times. Placed on hold for 10 minutes. Called back they said I needed to download the app to get this deal. Commercial mentioned nothing about the app or ordering online. It stated clearly carryout only. Domino's should be called Incompeto's because a cashier can't press the number 6 and 9 times afterwards on the cash register but she can somehow try to charge more if I don't order it online. Food sucked anyways on top of the poor service so lower your expectations when visiting this location."

"Horrible. My mom ordered two pizzas for the family, neither of them were cooked all the way through nor were they cut. The woman that answered the phone then proceeded to give roundabout answers, first it was the ovens fault, then it was the wet Ingredients (pineapple and banana peppers). Seems like a lack of basic understanding of their jobs at this location. Definitely choose elsewhere"

"Manager is a a-hole. One day I called and a one topping pizza was 7.99$ as advertised. She said yea and I got the pizza. 2 days later they wanted to charge me 12$ and said I had to order online. I will literally eat vegetables before ordering online and making aanotheer "account" for pizza.... Get over yourself. I'm making a cheeseburger rofl. Saved me $"

"Would give zero stars if I could. I typically order from here pretty frequently. However, over the past few months I noticed a big shift in pizza/food quality and customer service. It seemed to have been pretty bad and the food has not been as fresh. Nonetheless it’s still convenient and my sons fav. I ordered a pizza tonight for delivery. After I was just about finish with my last bite, I realized there was some kind of foreign object in my mouth. It was not pizza nor food. It was sharp, hard and very disturbing. I took it back to the restaurant and the young lady seemed very unbothered when I explained what happened. She then said ok i’ll make you another one. I politely declined and simply asked for my money back. She told me she could not give me a refund because she needed permission and her manager was not in. BTW she told me she was the manager on duty at the time. I’m like ok well we can call him and i’ll talk to him because this is unacceptable. Manager gets on the phone with me and is like well it’ll take a few days to process your refund. No concerns apologies or anything about if you are hurt or anything. I said i’m not waiting for a refund I need my money back now. After going back and forth he finally called the young lady and had her give me cash. Y’all i’m so disgusted because I tried to go in and be nice to avoid this. But the lack of concern and customer service was absolutely ridiculous. Please do better!!"
