"I can't believe they wouldn't take my breakfast order at the drive thru. I had to go inside if I wanted breakfast. Well that's so stupid. I recently had surgery and to have to walk in when they have a Drive thru window is upserd. They would not take my order over the phone, they said just go to the drive thru and order anything I want. They should of told me that I can't order breakfast at drive thru before I drove all the way there. I was so hungry I ordered a burger and it was dry. Also ordered chocolate shake and yes it was a kiddy size. Save you time and money. Not worth it."

"I only have 2 complaints first they were doubt pickles at the front counter literally saw 3 different people putting them in cups not one if them were wearing gloves or using sanitizer to clean their hands in between helping people and diing the pickles and our toast was burnt and I watched NY eggs sit up in the window fir awhile"

"Stopped here on 11-26-23 to enjoy a few cups of coffee. . I paid my bill + tip and was just finishing up my last refill. Suddenly some unknown man appeared at my table and stated " Sir are you going to order any food?" I replied, no thank you just the coffee. The man then told me " You need to leave, you've been here too long! I replied, sure can I finish my coffee. The man told me "to do it quickly and then I had to go!" The man's supposed reasons were there was a line at the door and they were in need of my table. As I left the restaurant, I noticed plenty of available seating and the line at the door was literally 2 people. The rudeness and unprofessionalism of this man had me awestruck. The audacity to kick a paying customer out, just to turn over a table just blew me away. I left a voice mail with their corporate office and a written message via their website and unfortunately no one has taken the time to contact me to resolve the issue. Looks like the apple doesn't fall to far from the tree. I've eaten meals here a couple time and have always been pretty satisfied, but after this experience you've permanently lost me as a customer. I hope it was worth it. Epic fail !!!"

"Food came out quickly and our server Kate was pleasant. The big breakfast is a deal for certain. Cooked like I asked and big portions of hash browns. The floors, table and bathrooms were all clean. Staying here for 10 days and this place is close to the house. I'm sure I'll be back before I leave!"
