"I have order their White Bean Chicken Chili a lot. But when I order it again it was totally different. It wasn't the usually spicy chili. It taste like the snacker seasoning and very runny. very disappointing. 2-26 replying to who reply to the review I left. Someone had changed the recipe because the texture and taste were totally different. And no I don’t think I will be placing any orders from that location."

"The restaurant wasn't busy at all. I did have to wait about 5 minutes before someone took my order to go. But it was relatively fast, and the food was great! Sadly, I had to drive to 19 and Garfield as Olga's closed the location in St. Clair Shores."

"Always a fan of Olga's. Be sure to try their zucchini fries and their orange shakes are the best! Prices seem kinda high for the sides though. But that seems to be true at most restaurants lately. Must add, I absolutely did not like the automated order system when I called in a carryout."

"The Brussel sprouts I ordered was burnt and soggy and the fried chicken wraps were raw. This was my first time there and apparently they were short staffed and only had 2 waiters , which still makes no excuse to serve burnt or raw meat to your customers. I called to the store and spoke to the manager and she refunded my total bill of $30 and gave me $30 coupon for any Olga’s. She was very apologetic about how things went but it’s obviously poor management skills that’s affecting the store reviews. The Ceo/ Founder needs to interact with their staff and hold customer service and food handling training monthly etc to bring life back into that restaurant before they get shut down due to lack of food safety. A lot of these restaurants has more potential but the owners are chasing the wrong thing instead of breathing life into your creation!! I hope you guys get better at building a better team for the future if you want longevity!!!"
