Tim Hortons

"Do not go here. In the Drive-Thru they are literally NOT capable of taking your order when you are asked. Then they ask unnecessary questions while getting it wrong. I ordered a BLT sandwich and of course they forgot the gd BACON. It's literally a bacon lettuce Mayo tomato sandwich and they forgot the BACON. I can only imagine how many other orders they screw up."

"My Carmel ice cap had Carmel all around the led but not in the cup and when showing her she decided to argue instead of fixing the issue"

"3 times I ordered, 3times it was wrong. Today tried again, 1 Boston cream, hot chocolate. The chocolate was fine. the Boston cream well, all the chocolate was stuck to the bag as if mashed. Such a waste. I won't come back again."

"I used to love Tim Hortons especially since I can get it in the state I live in going back east and eating at Tim Hortons was my little treat. It's been about 6 years since I've been back east so I stop at Tims at about 730am I ordered a sausage biscuit. my oh my the quality of the food has declined the biscuit tasted generic the sausage tasted microwaved it tasted like something from a gas station!!! The bathroom looked as if it hadn't been properly cleaned in years the urinal was grimy. So disappointed I hardly ever eat fast food and now I can Tim Hortons to the list of not eating there. Food quality has gone down the drain."

"This place drive thru line is always busy no matter what time or day. The drive thru line layout is awkward because of people can come from the northside or southside and there is always a big jam or confusion of who was there first. Still have the best ice cap. Need to get my fix everyone I come to town."
