"This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area. This is a franchise location that gauges prices ($6 box is $10 at this store), and, on top of the that, if the food is not cold or poorly made, they forgot your items. This used to be a good location, but now the food is disgusting and overpriced, the wait times are atrocious, and half the time they can’t even get your order right. Don’t waste your time or money here - go down the road to a better location. You won’t regret it."

"Don't waste your time or money. Got food here twice in the last two weeks, three items each trip, and only ONE in the six was correct. First time around we got replacements and they were correct but half the size of the burritos provided originally. Go anywhere else. Apparently you need to grill your own grilled cheese burritos."

"This Friday at 10pm, with one customer ahead of me in the drive-up moved to the window, I waited at the speaker for 6 min with nobody talking to me. I started saying hello. After my third try (9 min now at the speaker), they responded saying they were helping other customers. No apology for the wait. I waited another 3 min (12 min now). I decided, if they are that busy, how can I be sure they are being careful with making my food or even washing their hands. As i left, i saw two cars in line at the window. The same two cars that were in line when i arrived . That's all the cars that were ahead of me when i pulled in. This is not the first time either. I tried them a few months ago at the counter. Took 15 min for my food. One customer ahead of me then! I won't return."

"I recently moved to the area, and I’ve been there 3 times and all 3 times there has been problems, the last time it took 3 times for them to get my order right. The staff is very aggressive and disrespectful especially the night time crew. They also told me they were out of beef, I said fine I want all chicken anyways, and guess what? They gave me all beef after me saying chicken is what I want, not only did they get order wrong but they said they were out of beef. The worse ran business ever. All the staff , starting with management should be replaced immediately. Poor service is one thing , but a staff that is aggressive and wants to fight people not ok. Oh and they always say the frozen drink machine, is broken. Of course it is. The main person is whatever guy was working on Sunday @6 pm and girl working the window, both very aggressive, hopefully it gets addressed. Either fix your machine, that’s not broken most likely or just take them items off the menu. We all know what the real problem is, those machines are difficult to clean and they just say they are broken"

"This place should be shut down. Why am I paying $7 for something a dog wouldn’t even eat? The person taking the order was so rude to us, and then let us sit for three minutes (while cars behind us left the line) before telling us to pull forward. We get home and this is my meal… soggy steak strips and a tablespoon of cheese. No sauce to be seen. Save your money and go somewhere else."
