Wendy's 31301 Michigan 53, Warren, MI 48093

"Mobile order. Do not believe they even knew it until I pulled up. I pulled forward. Watched multiple cars come and go. Finally got food. The employees were pleasant and polite. The food was hot and fresh. 2 Biggie meals were good. However for myself I ordered a large chilli. I addded (and paid for) extra cheese and extra added onions. Unfortunately it was just a plain chilli. I didn’t recieve the onions or chilli. So being that was my dinner - and the long wait, they get 3 out of 5 stars."

"I try this Wendy's once every couple of months to see if they have their act together yet. Nope, drive thru service is atrocious. 8pm... There was one car ahead of me. After placing my order and I finally got to the window, it took 10 min to give me my one sandwich and fries. Total time from drive up to leave...20 min! Only two customers there! Never again. This location doesn't deserve to be in business."

"I ordered the triple Burger Baconator. There was only one slice of bacon on there broken half in between the meat. The fries look like I received the scraps at the bottom of the pan and they were ice cold not even warm. This was the worst experience yet I've had at Wendy's"

"This store is making a comeback. Order was correct, fries were cooked all the way. Even got the ketchup. Nuggets were a little room temp and burgers weren't quite as hot & juicy as they used to be. Improvement is significant. With a little more time, it'll be just fine."

"The employees do a great job and the food tastes great, but this location regularly has issues with their facility. Sometimes the drive through is closed due to equipment failure or a leak. Employees do their best to manage, but the facility seems to need an overhaul. Wait times are often very long, yet service is always fast and accurate. It's baffling."
