"Good service Monday through Friday. The kid who runs things on the weekend however is a snotty little know it all who doesn't seen to understand what it means to serve a customer. Instead he tries to dictate to crews when a plane will be moved in/out of a hangar. Even after I convinced him to pull our plane out he refused to fuel it until he saw us personally double check that it needed fuel. WTF?"
